Cancellation & Rescheduling
Metamorphosis has a 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
48 hours or less is charged 50% the session rate.
24 hours or less is charged 100% the session rate.
Draping
You will be covered by a sheet and blanket. Only the limb I am working on will be undraped.
Exceptions for this are made for clients who wish to remain dressed during their session, or sessions that call for clothing to remain on your body.
Session Start Time
Please arrive five minutes early for your session. If you are running late, I can accommodate you up to 15 minutes. After that, the session will end on time, and you will be charged for your scheduled appointment. If I am behind and you have to leave on time, I will deduct from your session rate.
If I am Late or must Cancel
If I am running late, I will fulfill the entirety of your session length.
If I must cancel, you will receive priority booking and a discount on your next session.
